Tenant Configuration

This section covers the core tenant-level settings used to define identity behavior, access controls, and user account experience in the Admin Portal.

Use the pages below as a quick guide to what you can configure:

  • Basic Information: General tenant identity data, such as the display name shown to users.
  • Authentication Settings: Login and registration behavior, authentication methods (PIN, Pattern, Face Recognition, Passkey), and related options.
  • Rate Limits: Security thresholds to reduce brute-force risk using IP and user-based blocking rules.
  • OAuth Configuration: Read-only OIDC/OAuth metadata and endpoints used by client applications.
  • Users Profile Settings: Profile access URLs and setup options for end-user account management.
  • SCIM2 Configuration: SCIM 2.0 provisioning endpoints and setup guidance for identity lifecycle management integrations.

If you're starting from scratch, a common order is: Basic Information → Authentication Settings → Rate Limits → OAuth Configuration → Users Profile Settings. Add SCIM2 Configuration when you need to integrate provisioning with an external identity platform.
